Thank you for your order and your feedback. I do apologize that your order wasn't delivered until 5pm. Valentines Day is the busiest floral holiday and I am a one woman show. I design, deliver and do it all. (I even had 6 more deliveries after yours.) I can assure you, orders delivered on non holidays are much more prompt. Annette, owner of Olivia Rose Florist was amazing! She was very responsive to my need for corsage and boutonniere for my sons prom (even though I was a little last minute. She communicated price and all information for pick up and even met me at my car when I picked up. I would recommend and will use her in the future!

The wreath was absolutely lovely, looked just like the picture!! After 17 days the greenery is still beautiful!! Very well worth it!! Highly recommend!!
